By accessing or using the Kriya website at kriya.mightytools.app or any of its subpages (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Your data
Kriya stores the buckets and items you create in your browser on your device. You are solely responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you care about. We cannot recover data that is lost because of cleared browser storage, device failure, or any other cause.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any person’s rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service’s security. You agree not to attempt to access any area of the Service not intended for public use.
Advertising
The Service displays third-party advertisements. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for the content of any advertisement. Transactions you enter into with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
Service availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kriya or its maintainer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
