The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to adeshfakooa@gmail.com and you’ll hear back, usually within two or three days. There’s no support queue and no bot — messages go straight to Adesh Fakooa, who builds and maintains Kriya.
What to write about
Anything, really. The most useful messages tend to be bug reports (what you did, what you expected, what happened instead), feature ideas, or notes on something that felt confusing. If you’ve hit a problem with importing or exporting your data, include the rough size of your list and the browser or device you’re on — that’s almost always enough to reproduce it.
Press, partnership, and advertising enquiries are welcome at the same address. Because Kriya stores everything on your own device and has no accounts, we can’t look up “your data” from our side — so if something’s gone wrong with your list, the export file is the best thing to attach.
A note on privacy
We only ever see what you choose to send us in an email. Kriya itself has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics tied to your identity. If you email us, we keep the thread long enough to help and no longer. You can read the full privacy policy for the details of how the app handles data.
